This arm workout only takes you 9 minutes - so is perfect for a quick burn between meetings or just before breaky. It is designed to sculpt the biceps, shoulders and triceps. It's only 3moves, but you'll see great toning results in just a few weeks!


  • Fitness level: easy / beginners



Workout routine:

  1. 1 minute of triangle pushes - this targets your triceps

  2. 1 minute of overheads - this targets your shoulders

  3. 1 minute of bicep curls - this targets your biceps


Now repeat this routine 3 times!
