Description

This easy Spinach, Banana and Mango Smoothie is a simple and tropical treat! It’s a healthy green juice after yo morning workout made with a handful of ingredients. Depending on the heat, you can add more or less ice.



Ingredients

For the smoothie

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1 mango, frozen

  • 1½ cup of baby spinach

  • Lemon juice, to taste

  • Ice, to desire

For the smoothie

  • Slice of mango

  • Sprig of mint


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.

  2. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with sprig of mint or slice of mango.
