Autumn is one of those seasons that can be a bit tricky and requires quite a bit of planning. Coat, jumper, sweater or none? How many layers are too many layers? Scarf or no scarf?
Let's have a look at my Autumn must haves to keep me all warm and snuggles through the season, but looking stylish and elegant.
01 The Blazer
I love blazers, they make me so happy. Generally any outfit can be complemented with a blazer. By doing so it raises it to make it look just a little edgy, classy or smart.
02 The Cardigan
Cardigans are so easy to carry, put in a bag or over your shoulders whilst the sun is out. But once that wind picks up or things get a bit colder, they are great to cuddle into. Use a cardi to give your outfit a preppy youthful look.
03 The Puffer
The puffer jacket is a great simple go to and brings a sporty styled look to any outfit. For this season I love channeling my cropped puffers to give my outfit a sneaky edge or cheekiness.
04 The Trench Coat
A light trench coat is great to make a statement with. Pair a trench coast with similar colours (e.g. all nude colour scheme) or stark contrast colouring (e.g. nude coat + navy oufit) and you'll have a winning outfit.
05 The Knit Dress
I love love love knit wear, particularly knit dresses during the colder seasons. They are so easy and simple to slip on but look effortlessly sexy and elegant.
